An HR Adviser that thrives on being out with their stakeholders, supporting diverse stakeholder groups from scientists, financial analysts to plant-based employees. This is a 12 month FTC. You'll be working with an HR Project Manager and HR Director. You'll also have the support of L&D and TA. You'll provide broad HR support and also have the opportunity to be involved in HR projects across the group.
They are a lean HR team so there is no shared-service to pick up the transactional elements, although they do have the support of HR Coordinators. So, you'll be happy rolling your sleeves up when need be. The organisation is a global energy organisation that provides biofuels and renewable energy; in addition, they own supply chain networks to deliver this.
You'll have first-class HR stakeholder management, will make decisions based on data, and have experience of dealing with complex ER cases when they arise. Being an FTC, you'll be available on short notice. The culture isn't corporate or formal, and even though part of a larger energy group, they have maintained the energy, nimbleness and entrepreneurial spirit of a medium-sized business. The role is 4 days in the office, based near to Tottenham Court Rd tube.
This will be a 2 stage process: Teams, then face-to-face. In return, there is a salary of c£50,000, a £5000 bonus that has been paid out on average 90%, a generous pension, PHC for self and family, and a possible retention bonus.
