A highly successful high-precision engineering organisation, that have grown rapidly over the past few years. Within HR they have moved from an operational function to one that is strategically focus and now highly driven by data.
They have a new Data Analytics team within HR that supports the entire function from Recruitment, HR, L&D and Reward.
They are now recruiting for Reward Analyst to complete this team. This will be supporting the Reward team in a wide range of data-analytics. From annual salary reviews, salary benchmarking, bonus calculations, payroll integration and reporting. Within the Reward team you will be subject matter expert and will already have operated within HR and Reward.
As a backdrop they will also be moving to an integrated system across the board so during this transition will be operating across different platforms.
You will have advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI skills – this is essential. Along with being able to present and colour technical data to your stakeholders.
In return you will be part of a new team so able to make an impact to the team rather than being one of many.
The working environment is modern, with gym and exercise classes onsite, there is a free canteen, and being in MK there is free parking. In addition to the salary there is also a very generous bonus scheme, and an array of other benefits.
The role is office based 4 days a week.
