Professional Development and HR Assistant
This is a newly created role working within the HR team for a Professional Development and HR Assistant.
You’ll already be at the early stages of your HR career and will be looking for a role where you can further develop.
The organisation is a further education college in North Northamptonshire. They have several sites across the Northants area, and are a college that is still growing in headcount.
Role Overview
The role will be two-fold: co-ordination of HR Administration across the organisation and administration for the development programmes for employees.
You’ll be working closely with the HR Director so will have exposure to a wide range of HR and Learning projects.
The HR team fully embraces the development of their employees, so this will be a role where you will have hands‑on experience in an environment that values personal development.
