A HR Adminstrator who will have exposure to the full employee joutney and support with a wide range of HR projects This is a HR role where HR is pivotal to the business, where the HR strategy is aligned to the business objectives, and you partner and work alongside the management population.
As an organisation they are financially strong, with several large sites across the UK, and currently open a new site in the site in the North East For this role you will based at their Hemel site.
You will provide support to a Regional HR Business Partner and also an ER Specialist.
The population is mixed from operational to support staff.
