Are you an HR Adviser who has had a focus on Employee Relations and industrial relations looking available on short notice? The organisation is a supply chain organisation with several sites across the UK. They are currently looking for additional support on an initial fixed term contract with the possibility of being permanent.
You'll be comfortable getting out into the business, doing in-depth investigations, and will have experience of a wide range of ER cases and be able to give advice that is more than 'these are our policies and procedures'. The environment is unionised so you'll also know how to manage these relationships when doing an investigation, and will be comfortable with high volume ER, at this site the population is over 500.
They are strong on career pathways, and DEI, and is a function that is respected within the business. You'll have the support of a wider HR team based in Hemel, and will also have the opportunity to be involved in wider HR accountabilities. The HR team are welcoming, progressive in their approach and work tightly as a team.
