HR Adviser β Employee Relations
Are you an HR Adviser with a strong focus on employee relations or an ER Adviser looking for a broader HR role?
This role will cover for an HR Adviser role, with a generalist remit and a key focus on Employee Relations. Cases will not be complex but require management with hiring managers, so you must be comfortable coaching and guiding. The population is a mixture of employees based on site, requiring office presence.
You will work with a site-based HR team of 3, supported by subject matter experts in L&D, Recruitment and Reward, who are regularly at this site in Hemel.
There will also be the opportunity to be involved in wider company HR projects. The team is welcoming, informal in its approach, and HR is well respected within the organisation.
We are only considering people who are immediately available or on short notice. This role will be a 3β6 month FTC.
Salary is up to Β£42,000 annual equivalent.
