This is a HR role where HR is pivotal to the business, where the HR strategy is aligned to the business objectives, and you partner and work alongside the management population. As an organisation they are financially strong, with several large sites across the UK, and currently open a new site in the North East.

For this role you will be based at their Coventry site, working closely with the HR Manager. The population is mixed from operational to support staff. The headcount at this site is shy of 350.

The main focus of the role is Employee relations. This will be a mixture of managing these cases but mainly the managers will own them. You will have full sight of the entire employee journey from Recruitment, Inductions, ER training and development while also working with the HR Manager on future projects focusing on engagement and retention.

In addition you will have the support of subject experts in Recruitment, L&D, Reward, and working closely with the wider UK and Ireland HR team. As a team they are open, informal in their approach and have a strong team ethic. They manage by empowering, and measure on outputs not on log in and log off times.
