As an Arabic-Speaking SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospects across the MENA region, creating pipeline for our UK-based Account Executives. You’ll combine sharp outreach with genuine cultural fluency to open doors that others can’t.

  • Conduct outreach to MENA-region prospects via phone, email, and social channels — primarily in Arabic
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Research target accounts, map key decision-makers, and tailor your messaging accordingly
  • Keep pipeline data accurate and up to date in Salesforce
  • Work closely with marketing and sales to sharpen MENA-specific messaging and campaigns
  • Bring cultural and market insight to the team — your knowledge of how business works in the Arab world is a genuine asset here

Required Qualifications

  • 0–1 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a customer-facing role
  • Fluent in Arabic to a professional standard (spoken and written) — you'll be engaging MENA-region prospects daily in Arabic
  • Experience or familiarity engaging with customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or wider MENA region
  • Comfortable using a CRM to track activity and pipeline (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Eligible to work in the UK without employer sponsorship
  • Based in or able to commute to London — this is a hybrid role with 4 days in-office (Wednesday from home)
  • Flexible to work across Arabic-country time zones when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company
  • Familiarity with HR tech, recruitment, or people management tools
  • Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, or enterprise accounts across the MENA region
