As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and driving business growth within the UK market. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s revenue objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and conducting regular check-ins to maintain strong relationships
- Driving renewals, upgrades, and expansions to achieve revenue targets
- Identifying customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasts, and renewal documentation within CRM systems
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, hybrid environment in London, collaborating with a talented team and engaging with a diverse range of clients. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc or equivalent)
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in account management or sales, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts in a commercial, customer-facing role
- Proven ability to drive renewals and retention for existing customers
- Experience negotiating commercial terms for renewals, upsells, or expansions
- Proficiency using Salesforce (CRM) to manage pipeline, forecasts, and account documentation
- Strong AI fluency, with effective use of AI tools in daily workflow
- Has the right to work in the UK
- Willing and able to travel occasionally within the UK (approximately 5%)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Claude for day-to-day work tasks
- Experience supporting customers across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
