Stanford Real Estate Partners is seeking a Project Finance Manager to support financial planning, cashflow management and reporting across a portfolio of development projects. This is a highly collaborative role working closely with development, finance, and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial oversight while supporting commercial decision-making. Salary offered is circa £80,000 + bonus (up to 20%) + benefits.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project cashflows, including actuals, forecasts and variance analysis
- Partner with budget holders to reforecast and monitor performance across projects
- Coordinate funding drawdowns, payment runs and cash movements
- Lead monthly performance tracking, highlighting risks and variances
- Prepare lender reporting, funding requests, and compliance documentation
- Ensure spend approvals and commitments are tracked in line with governance requirements
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports for senior stakeholders, including commentary and insights
- Support project business planning and financial modelling
- Provide analysis on sales, performance trends, and project metrics
- Support scenario analysis and modelling to aid decision-making
- Work with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, controls, and reporting consistency
About You:
- Qualified Accountant from an audit background (ideally ACA) with several years PQE
- Experience in property development, real estate, or project finance management
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience managing cashflows, budgets, and financial reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
