Stanford Real Estate Partners is seeking a Project Finance Manager to support financial planning, cashflow management and reporting across a portfolio of development projects.
This is a highly collaborative role working closely with development, finance, and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate financial oversight while supporting commercial decision-making. Salary offered is circa £80,000 + bonus (up to 20%) + benefits.
Your Main Responsibilties:
Maintain and update project cashflows, including actuals, forecasts and variance analysis
Partner with budget holders to reforecast and monitor performance across projects
Coordinate funding drawdowns,
