A globally renowned quantitative trading firm, who are currently experiencing strong growth, are searching for a Site Reliability Engineer with a diverse skillset, additionally spanning DevOps, App Support, Cloud, Linux Admin, and Networking responsibilities. You'll be joining a collaborative environment where technology is very much at the forefront. This hire will be expected to work heavily on automation and monitoring - ideal for someone who enjoys scripting, AI, and next-gen tooling.
Role:
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement appropriately, utilising scripting across Python, PowerShell, and Bash
- Set-up and enhance platform monitoring, utilising technologies such as Grafana and Splunk to maximise platform uptime
- Engage in platform support down to a network level
- Work to onboard new applications and enhance existing ones
- Engage in a diverse application environment covering Linux, Windows, AWS, and SaaS
- Provide application support to a fast growing estate of systems
- Identify practical applications for GenAI platforms such as ChatGPT

Must Have Requirements:
- Strong experience within the SRE/DevOps/App Support space
- Monitoring tooling experience i.e. Grafana and Splunk
- Strong Scripting - Python/Bash/PowerShell
- Knowledge of networking
- Strong Linux
- Cloud experience (preferably AWS)
- SaaS exposure
- IaaC/DevOps tooling experience i.e. Terraform and Ansible
- Experience within financial services
