A great opportunity to join a leading front office development team which is working on a completely greenfield project that will be at the forefront of the company's vision for the next 3 years.
This role involves working on a highly complex system that is building a cross-asset platform across a number of their desks. This is a great opportunity to build everything in-house and work alongside top Java Engineers as well as leading investment banks and hedge funds.
Required:
- 7+ years Java development in an enterprise environment
- Strong Computer Science, Engineering (or a related subject) background
- Experience working in a front office environment
- Knowledge of trading systems and/or algorithmic trading
- Strong core Java skills: multithreading, concurrency, event-driven systems
- Exposure to complex systems, high-throughput systems
