I am looking for a Project Manager to be the sole EMEA owner for Compliance Engineering delivery at a leading alternative asset manager. You will run 20+ live regulatory workstreams with direct exposure to the senior Compliance leadership.
Main Function:
- Own delivery across Compliance, Engineering, and vendors
- Drive regulatory programmes end-to-end
- Act as the single point of accountability across EMEA
- Coordinate between Compliance, Engineering, and RegTech vendors
- Keep senior stakeholders aligned, informed, and unblocked
- Keep pace in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
Must-haves:
- Proven PM experience in compliance / regulatory tech (MiFID II, EMIR, MAR etc)
- Hands-on JIRA delivery ownership (actual execution)
- Experience managing MD / Head of Compliance stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently as a sole regional PM
- Strong exec reporting track record
Strong preference for:
- Background in Big 4, Tier 1 IB, or buy-side
- Exposure to transaction reporting, surveillance, or RegTech platforms
- Top-tier education
