A boutique hedge fund is building one of the most sophisticated systematic trading systems in the market. I am hiring engineers who want to sit at the intersection of Java, FIX, execution workflows, and real PnL. You’ll be directly shaping the systems that route orders, connect brokers, and analyse cross-asset trading execution.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of execution workflows from order handling to broker connectivity to post-trade integration.
- Build and optimise high-performance Java systems for smart order routing, broker communication, and execution workflow.
- Work directly with execution researchers to improve algos, benchmarks, TCA, and live trading performance.
- Take responsibility for production components supporting systematic equity execution.
