Contract Position – Research focused Hedge Fund looking to build out all internal APIs – Up to £950 a day Inside IR35.
The role: One of the most successful hedge funds firms in the market are starting to build out all of their internal consumer-friendly APIs - reducing cognitive load and enabling faster, more autonomous delivery across teams. Focusing on experience and passion for systems integration enabling end to end platform solutions. Designing and building solutions that drive value for their petabyte-scale data platform. The organisation are moving toward a service-oriented, automated architecture with a focus on scalability and developer experience.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience, ideally within the finance sector.
- Demonstrable experience building out APIs and enhancing developer experience.
- Strong C# coding experience.
- Ideally some Python experience too.
- A STEM or related degree.
Initial contract length – 12 months, hybrid working arrangements and office in Central London.
