Business Analyst / Project Manager – Front Office Trading Systems
Experience: 10yrs +
I’m working with a leading global trading firm seeking a highly experienced BAPM to take ownership of strategic front-office initiatives—focusing on real-time pre-trade controls and high-volume order flow across multiple asset classes.
Their systems process tens of billions of messages annually , with orders passing through multiple layers—desk, internal routing, netting, algorithms—before reaching the market. This role requires someone who can navigate that complexity, model the data flows, and drive scalable, performant solutions from inception to delivery.
You’ll work with senior stakeholders globally, manage multiple parallel projects, and interrogate large trading datasets using SQL to extract meaningful insights that guide decision-making. This is a role where technical precision meets strategic impact .
Ideal candidates will have:
- Significant front-office trading technology experience (sell- or buy-side)
- Strong understanding of multi-asset order lifecycle workflows
- Advanced SQL for data interrogation (KDB/Python a plus)
- Track record of managing complex, global programmes of change
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at senior levels
