Full Time, Monday – Friday Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026 with great chance to lead to a permanent opportunity.

Overview
As a Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative, your role will be to increase visibility of the Coty portfolio of brands. You will be representing a wide range of Coty brands such as Max Factor, Rimmel & Sally Hansen. You will also represent luxury brands such as Marc Jacobs, Hugo Boss & Gucci fragrances. Visiting approximately 5 stores per day, you will merchandise beauty stands, sell additional products and build strong relationships with key decision makers within your territory.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a field based sales role with exposure to the pharmacy or fragrance boutique environment however this is not essential.
You will be self‑motivated and thrive working within a KPI‑driven environment. A people person, you will be confident and comfortable building relationships in store with key contacts and have great communication skills. Previous experience working within a customer‑centred or retail role would definitely be advantageous and high levels of resilience and energy are essential.

Requirements
Please note this role requires a full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 pts or previous bans), all offers will be subject to successful completion of a DVLA licence check.
This is a field‑based role which will involve regular travel daily, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Please note this role will also require manual handling/heavy lifting. Overnights may be required on occasion.
