We're looking for a Field Based Key Account Manager to elevate and expand OPI's professional presence across the salon and spa industry. What You'll Do
- Client Relationship Management: Be the trusted advisor and go-to partner for our existing salon and spa clients. You'll take a consultative approach to help our salon partners grow their business by leveraging OPI's full portfolio of products and services.
- Sales Growth & Business Development: Proactively identify and convert new salon and spa accounts through prospecting, networking, and in-person visits. You'll expand OPI's footprint with passion and purpose.
- Product Expertise & Education: Collaborate with your educator to deliver engaging demos, training sessions, and product launches, ensuring clients are confident, inspired, and successful.
- Target Achievement: Exceed revenue goals by strategically upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring clients are fully stocked with the latest collections, tools, and promotions.
- Industry Insight: Stay ahead of salon trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to bring fresh thinking and recommendations to the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with education, marketing, customer service, and distribution teams to ensure a seamless experience for every client.
- Data & Reporting: Keep accurate records in our AFS systems to track performance, analyse sales data, and identify growth opportunities.
Who You Are
- Experienced in B2B sales or account management β ideally within the professional beauty industry (bonus points for nail care or salon background)
- Knowledgeable about the salon and spa business, with a strong understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A self-starter with a growth mindset β driven to set goals and achieve them
- Confident in delivering product education and training to professionals
- Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
