Hawkstone Brewery, the 24th fastest-growing company in the UK and the fastest-growing beer brand according to the Sunday Times Top 100, is on the hunt for an exceptional Regional Manager to spearhead our On Trade sales team!
About the Role:
As our new Regional Manager, you will be pivotal to Hawkstone's expansion across the UK's most dynamic and diverse regions. You will lead a team of up to 8 ambitious Business Development Managers (BDMs), all committed to enhancing the Hawkstone brand within the Independent Free Trade (IFT) sector.
Your Mission:
- Inspire & Lead: Be the guiding force for your team, providing hands-on coaching and support through regular field visits. Your leadership will help them excel in maintaining and growing their account base and conquering new territories.
- Drive Growth: Oversee the strategic expansion of Hawkstone's presence, ensuring our products are the top choice for outlets across your regions. You'll be instrumental in setting and achieving ambitious targets.
- Foster Excellence: Develop your team's skills with targeted training, clear objectives, and motivational strategies. Cultivate a growth mindset and encourage collaboration to drive success.
