You will visit your designated cash and carry regularly to purchase stock to direct sell into your retailers and must be comfortable and capable of manual handling/lifting stock and cash handling.

As a Territory Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your area, working closely with the Regional Manager and a supportive field team to deliver against agreed KPIs:

  • Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers
  • Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
  • Actively selling and promoting products to maximise sales and visibility
  • Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities

Experience required:

  • Excellent time management and territory planning ability
  • A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)

Our competitive benefits package includes:

  • Competitive salary and remuneration: annual pay reviews, performance bonuses and early pay access
  • Small Company van and fuel card
  • Flexible working policies: Flexible annual leave entitlement: 23 days paid holiday + bank holidays (increasing with length of service) and the option to purchase 5 additional annual leave days
  • Family friendly policies: enhanced sick pay, maternity/paternity leave, carers leave and parental leave

  • Additional perks: discounted private healthcare, retail discounts, daily lunch allowance and life assurance
