This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships, and seeing the direct impact of your work in store. This role offers the chance to represent leading brands and work with a range of well-known products. Not only does this opportunity give you a wide range of experiences, but you’ll also have continuous support from colleagues, fantastic career growth opportunities and excellent perks.

As a Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative, your role will be to increase visibility of key Danone brands. You will be representing a wide range of Danone brands in store including Evian & Volvic water and plant-based products such as Alpro. Every minute of every day, 3,600 people are eating or drinking a Danone product - and you will play a huge role in helping Danone drive sales by working to increase distribution and actively selling into key contacts within your assigned territory. You will visit your designated cash and carry regularly to purchase stock to direct sell into your retailers and must be comfortable and capable of manual handling/lifting stock and cash handling.

As a Territory Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your area, working closely with the Regional Manager and a supportive field team to deliver against agreed KPIs:

  • Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers
  • Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
  • Actively selling and promoting products to maximise sales and visibility
  • Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities

Experience working in field sales or similar role is required, along with excellent time management and territory planning ability. A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans) is also necessary.

Our competitive benefits package includes:

  • Competitive salary and remuneration: annual pay reviews, performance bonuses and early pay access
  • Small Company van and fuel card
  • Flexible working policies
  • Flexible annual leave entitlement: 23 days paid holiday + bank holidays (increasing with length of service) and the option to purchase 5 additional annual leave days
  • Family friendly policies: enhanced sick pay, maternity/paternity leave, carers leave and parental leave
  • Employee assistance programme, including 8 face-to-face counselling sessions, wellness taskforce, community of mental health first aiders and wellness workshops
  • PDR objectives, mentorship, career development plans, access to internal vacancies across all our Group Agencies
  • Additional perks: discounted private healthcare, retail discounts, daily lunch allowance and life assurance
