We’re recruiting an experienced Regional Manager to lead and develop a team of field professionals representing Premier Foods across the Midlands. You’ll be responsible for driving regional sales performance, coaching and motivating your team, and building strong relationships with key retail stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with field sales leadership experience or has strong field sale experience who is looking to take a step up. You’ll enjoy developing people, analysing performance data and influencing results to help achieve individual and team targets.
