We’re recruiting a Territory Manager to manage and grow our Danone across Haywards Heath. You’ll build strong relationships with store decision‑makers, negotiate additional displays, increase distribution and visibility, and drive sales for well‑known household brands. About the Danone Account and Team
Are you passionate about promoting a healthier and more sustainable way of living? Standout Field Marketing has an exciting opportunity to join our Danone Grocery Field Sales Team. As a Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative, you will increase the visibility of key Danone brands in stores, including Evian, Volvic, Alpro, Aptamil, Cow & Gate, Activia, and Actimel.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Territory Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your area, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and a supportive field team to deliver against agreed KPIs. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers
- Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
- Driving distribution, availability and compliance across the agreed product ranges
- Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
- Actively selling and promoting products to maximise sales and visibility
- Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
We are ideally looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experience, but if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly, we still encourage you to apply - you might be just the right person for our team. You’ll need:
- Experience working in field sales or similar role
- Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders
- Excellent time management and territory planning ability
- Be self‑motivated and results‑driven
- A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Grocery
- Merchandising or POS execution experience
- Direct selling skills
