Are you a dynamic field sales leader with a passion for developing people and driving commercial growth? Standout, working in partnership with Kraft Heinz, is looking for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Business Development Executives across the AFH (Away From Home) channel. This is a unique opportunity to represent some of the world’s most iconic brands — including Heinz Baked Beanz, Lea & Perrins, and HP Sauce — while leading a team at the forefront of HORECA growth in the UK.

About the Role:

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a field-based team of Business Development Executives across the South of England. Your role will focus on performance leadership, coaching, and delivering regional growth within the HORECA channel. You will act as the key link between Standout’s field execution excellence and Kraft Heinz’s commercial strategy, ensuring your team consistently delivers results in distribution, new business acquisition, and customer expansion.

Your Mission:

  • Inspire & Lead: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of field-based Business Development Executives. Through regular field visits and hands-on leadership, you will set the standard for performance, professionalism, and customer excellence.
  • Drive Commercial Growth: Take ownership of regional targets, ensuring consistent delivery of new business wins, increased distribution, and stronger brand visibility across pubs, restaurants, fast food operators, and hospitality groups.
  • Develop High Performance Culture: Build capability across your team through structured coaching, clear expectations, and continuous development. Drive accountability, resilience, and a winning mindset in a fast-paced environment.
