We’re recruiting a Territory Manager to manage and grow our Danone across Birmingham. You’ll build strong relationships with store decision‑makers, negotiate additional displays, increase distribution and visibility, and drive sales for well‑known household brands. This role is ideal for someone with field sales or direct selling experience who enjoys autonomy, building relationships, and seeing the direct impact of your work in store. This role offers the chance to represent leading brands and work with a range of well-known products.

About the Danone Account and Team
As a Territory Manager/Field Sales Representative, your role will be to increase visibility of key Danone brands. You will be representing a wide range of Danone brands in store including Evian & Volvic water and plant-based products such as Alpro. You will play a huge role in helping Danone drive sales by working to increase distribution and actively selling into key contacts within your assigned territory.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Territory Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your area, working closely with the Regional Manager and a supportive field team to deliver against agreed KPIs. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing a territory and planning visits around store manager availability to maximise opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and key decision‑makers
- Negotiating additional displays and promotional activity
- Driving distribution, availability and compliance across the agreed product ranges
- Executing merchandising activity in line with brand guidelines
- Actively selling and promoting products to maximise sales and visibility
- Using sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
We are ideally looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in field sales or similar role
- Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders
- Stakeholder management experience
- Excellent time management and territory planning ability
- Be self-motivated and results-driven
- A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in convenience, independents or impulse environment
- Merchandising or POS execution experience
- Direct selling skills
