About the Premier Foods Account and Team: You will be joining our Grocery Team representing Premier Foods Brands within the big 4 grocery supermarkets (and some cash & carrys). Ideally, you will have experience of leading a field based team preferably within the FMCG industry. You will also have experience in a client facing environment and be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of field staff, providing coaching and mentorship, building key relationships with decision makers to drive sales and conducting competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and motivate field staff to meet sales objectives.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse sales data, implementing corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Training & Development: Provide coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee travel and expense budgets for direct reports.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities and threats in the tech space.

What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for a people‑focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced field sales environment and has the following skills and experience, but if you’re excited about the role but you don’t meet every requirement, we’d still encourage you to apply. You’ll need:

  • Experience managing and leading field sales or retail teams (industry‑relevant experience preferred)
  • Strong ability to analyse data, KPIs and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, coaching and relationship building skills
  • Confident stakeholder management and negotiation ability
  • A results‑driven, solutions‑focused leadership style
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points, no previous bans)

Nice to have:
