You’ll be responsible for driving regional sales performance, coaching and motivating your team, and building strong relationships with key retail stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone with field sales leadership experience or has strong field sale experience who is looking to take a step up. You’ll enjoy developing people, analysing performance data and influencing results to help achieve individual and team targets.

About the Premier Foods Account and Team: You will be joining our Grocery Team representing Premier Foods Brands within the big 4 grocery supermarkets (and some cash & carrys). We help brands sell more and in this role, you will drive sales of great brands such as Oxo, Bisto, Batchelors, Mr Kipling and many more by maximising brand awareness and presence in stores.

As a Regional Manager your focus will be on performance managing your field team - ensuring delivery of results through field-based coaching, team meetings, training, development and appraisals. Ideally, you will have experience of leading a field based team preferably within the FMCG industry. You will also have experience in a client facing environment and be strong at building relationships with key stakeholders.

As a Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of field staff, providing coaching and mentorship, building key relationships with decision makers to drive sales and conducting competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and motivate field staff to meet sales objectives.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse sales data, implementing corrective actions to improve performance.
  • Training & Development: Provide coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities and threats in the tech space.

We’re looking for a people‑focused leader who thrives in a fast‑paced field sales environment and has the following skills and experience:

  • Experience managing and leading field sales or retail teams (industry‑relevant experience preferred)
  • Strong ability to analyse data, KPIs and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, coaching and relationship building skills
  • A full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points, no previous bans)
  • FMCG, technology or consumer products experience

Our competitive benefits package includes:

  • Competitive salary and remuneration: annual pay reviews, performance bonuses and early pay access
  • Company car and fuel card
  • Flexible working policies: Flexible annual leave entitlement: 25 days paid holiday + bank holidays (increasing with length of service) and the option to purchase 5 additional annual leave days
  • Family friendly policies: enhanced sick pay, maternity/paternity leave, carers leave and parental leave
  • Employee assistance programme, including 8 face-to-face counselling sessions, wellness taskforce, community of mental health first aiders and wellness workshops
  • PDR objectives, mentorship, career development plans, access to internal vacancies across all our Group Agencies
  • Additional perks: discounted private healthcare, retail discounts, daily lunch allowance and life assurance

We’re committed to inclusive and blind recruitment practices, providing forward thinking policies e.g. transgender and Ramadan policies, and celebrating diversity through engagement sessions for key events e.g. Pride, International Women’s Day and Black History Month.

Build a career that works alongside your lifestyle, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
