We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Cover Leader to join our school. This permanent role is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals, university students on a gap year and individuals considering a career in the teaching profession. The successful candidate will supervise classes during teacher absences, support learning across the school and help maintain a positive and productive environment for our students. This position provides valuable experience for those wishing to progress into teaching or other education‑based careers.

Working Hours

The working hours will be 32.5 per week, term time plus 1 week, 8.15am until 3.15pm Monday to Friday. This full‑time role will be based at Standish Community High School; however, as we are part of Mosaic Learning Trust, there may be occasions when you will be required to work at other schools within the Trust.
