Role Summary
The Triage Officer supports the successful delivery of the Connect to Work Programme by acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and referrals and coordinating the triage of Expressions of Interest. The role ensures eligibility and suitability criteria are applied consistently, referrals are processed accurately and within agreed timescales, and high standards of quality assurance and administration are maintained.
What youβll do
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries to the Connect to Work Programme, providing accurate information, guidance, and support to referrers, partners, and prospective participants
- Maintain a strong understanding of the eligibility and suitability requirements of the Connect to Work Programme, ensuring updates are identified, communicated, and reflected in programme materials and application forms
