Join our team as a Quality Administrator and play a key role in supporting Employment Advisors and Trainers to deliver top-quality employability and vocational training programmes. You will provide excellent customer service, manage participant data across multiple systems, assist with training preparation, registration, attendance tracking, and course evaluations, and liaise with employers to evidence participant progression.

We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work in line with programme requirements and company policies. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with general queries about the programme from participants virtually, providing them with a professional service and timely response to any queries that cannot be resolved there and then.
  • Produce attendance statistics reports, including training, and all CMO.
  • Work closely with the IWS team to ensure quality of all in-to-work meetings, IWS calls and end of employment contact meets quality standards expected.
  • Monitor the accuracy of information input by personnel into Maytas Database, Contractor MI systems and any other MI collection systems.
  • Complete quality file checks and maintain accurate daily records on the tracker to support monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Perform daily validation checks on all initial contract paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness.

What you’ll need:

  • Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum.
  • ICT qualification.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent.
  • IEP L2 Sector Introduction would be desirable.
  • Knowledge of reporting and producing data via spreadsheets or CRM/Data bases.
  • A working knowledge and experience of working and developing a variety of database systems.
  • Excellent IT Skills including data inputting.
  • Must be highly organised and time management focused with an ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Full, clean UK driving license as this role may require travel.
  • Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
