You will deliver engaging training programmes, work with Employment Advisors and Employers to identify learner needs, and support individuals in gaining the skills for sustainable employment. From delivering accredited qualifications to providing follow-up support and driving continuous improvement, you will empower learners through dynamic training methods. What you will do:
- Deliver criteria on accredited courses in line with awarding body
- Assess portfolios for accredited courses during the course delivery
- Embed Literacy and Numeracy, Equality and Diversity, Prevent (including British Values) and Safeguarding
- Promote courses to Employment Advisors, Recruitment Managers, and external stakeholders
- Design and manage training timetables with the Business Manager/s based on programme and Learner needs
- Produce and/or collate accurate paperwork for Learner registrations and certifications
- Maintain up-to-date records within systems
- Maintain personal Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Log
What you will need:
- Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, performance target driven environment
- Experience of being accountable for own work e.g., following lesson plans / filling course with learners
- Minimum of 2 years experience of delivering courses/working in a training environment
- Recognised teaching qualifications; Certificate of Education (Cert. Ed) or Post-Graduate Certificate in education (PGCE). IEP L2 Sector Introduction would be desirable. Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
