Lead performance, develop people and drive quality. Join us as a Regional Manager and take responsibility for the operational performance of a group of contracts and teams across your region. You will provide leadership to Managers and their teams, ensuring that services are delivered consistently, contractual requirements are met and performance, quality and financial objectives are achieved. This is a varied senior operational role where you will combine people leadership, performance management, data analysis, quality improvement, commercial awareness and stakeholder management to help our services and people perform at their best.
