To lead and drive quality assurance, compliance, audit readiness and continuous improvement activity across Restart Services and future contracts delivered within the postholder's geographical area of responsibility. Operating across the Grimsby and Scunthorpe locations, the role will provide strategic and operational oversight of quality standards and assurance that service delivery is aligned with applicable contractual, Prime Provider and organisational requirements, while promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
The postholder will line manage the Quality Adviser(s), provide operational cover for quality assurance activity where required, and act as a key point of expertise for quality, compliance and governance.

What you'll do: As a Quality & Compliance Lead, you'll:
- Lead quality and compliance activity across Restart provision and future contracts within the postholder's area of responsibility.
- Monitor, support and provide assurance that service delivery is aligned with applicable DWP, Prime Provider, contractual and organisational requirements.
- Provide visible quality leadership across locations and promote a consistent and standardised approach to quality assurance.
- Line manage the Quality Adviser(s), including objective setting, supervision, wellbeing support, coaching, development planning and performance/appraisal processes in accordance with company policy.
- Lead preparation for, and support responses to, PCO, CSS and other Prime Provider and internal compliance reviews.
- Maintain effective audit-readiness and evidence-management processes.
- Coordinate corrective action plans, monitor progress and support the effective embedding of agreed actions.
- Establish routine compliance and assurance checks and provide clear, evidence-based feedback to relevant managers and senior leaders.
What you'll need: We're looking for someone who has:
- Level 2 qualification or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Demonstrable experience of quality assurance, compliance monitoring and/or audit within a regulated, contractual or government-funded environment.
- Experience of analysing quality and performance information and producing clear reports, findings and recommendations.
- Experience of conducting quality reviews, observations, validation or assurance activities.
- Experience of identifying quality risks, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using CRM, case-management or similar digital systems for evidence capture and assurance.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. Alternative travel arrangements and reasonable adjustments will be considered where appropriate.
- Overseas equivalent qualifications will be considered.
