The role involves attracting, registering, and guiding participants towards successful placements. Utilising diagnostic skills, individual and group coaching, and optimising available funding, you'll empower individuals to secure sustainable employment. You may operate across various locations, including fixed sites and community venues, ensuring accessibility for all. Meeting targets and adhering to program obligations and processes is essential in this role.
What you'll do:
- Deliver criteria on accredited courses in line with awarding body
- Assess portfolios for accredited courses during the course delivery
- Embed Literacy and Numeracy, Equality and Diversity, Prevent (including British Values) and Safeguarding
- Promote courses to Employment Advisors, Recruitment Managers, and external stakeholders
- Design and manage training timetables with the Business Manager/s based on programme and Learner needs
- Produce and/or collate accurate paperwork for Learner registrations and certifications
- Maintaining up-to-date records within systems etc
- Maintaining personal Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Log
What you'll need:
- Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
- Experience of working in a fast paced, performance target driven environment
- Experience of being accountable for own work e.g., following lessons plans / filling course with learners
- Minimum of 2 years experience of delivering courses/working in a training environment
- Recognised teaching qualifications; Certificate of Education (Cert. Ed) or Post-Graduate Certificate in education (PGCE)
- IEP L2 Sector Introduction would be desirable. Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
