Location: GL5 & GL7 (must have a car to travel between Centres)

The role involves attracting, registering, and guiding participants towards successful placements. Utilising diagnostic skills, individual and group coaching, and optimising available funding, you'll empower individuals to secure sustainable employment.

You must have a full UK driving license as the role requires travel. You'll operate across various locations, including fixed sites and community venues ensuring accessibility for all. Meeting targets and adhering to program obligations and processes is essential in this role.

What you'll do:

  • Assist with general queries about the programme from participants both in person and by telephone, providing them with a professional service and timely response to any queries that cannot be resolved there and then.
  • Work with Advisor and Trainer teams on any inconsistencies, inaccuracies or gaps in their paperwork that are identified to obtain correct and full information to enable the completion of the above activities.
  • Input distance travelled information into the system following progress reviews carried out with Advisors and on the basis of information provided to the Administrator by the Advisors.
  • Issue vouchers and petty cash through the personal job.
