The Integration and Partnership Co-ordinator will support the effective delivery of the Connect to Work programme by coordinating integrated working and building strong partnerships across internal teams and external organisations. The role acts as a central point of contact for partners, ensuring services are joined up, referral pathways are effective, and collaborative working supports positive employment outcomes for participants.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the central point of coordination for integration and partnership activity within the Connect to Work delivery team.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated working partnerships across internal teams and external partners and stakeholders.
- Market the Connect to Work provision in person and remotely.
- Coordinate partnership activity to ensure services are aligned and focused on positive participant employment outcomes.
- Support the management of clear referral pathways and operational processes between Connect to Work and partner organisations.
- Work closely with delivery staff to ensure partners understand programme aims, eligibility criteria, processes, and participant journeys.
- Identify gaps, risks, duplication, or barriers in partnership working and support the development of practical solutions.
- Coordinate and support partnership meetings, multi‑agency forums, and working groups, including preparation of agendas, tracking actions, and follow‑up.
What you’ll need:
- Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum.
- A minimum of 2 A‑Levels or equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience.
- More than one year’s experience and track record of success in a business‑to‑business sales environment, in account management or business development.
- Experience of working as part of a service delivery team, collaborating effectively with others to deliver services sold.
- Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
