Standby24 Ltd is recruiting a Female Support Worker to provide high-quality support for individuals with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, ASD, and complex needs.

The role includes day and waking night shifts, plus weekends and bank holidays as required.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be calm and organised, and hold up-to-date PMVA or equivalent restraint training.

Driving licence and car access are preferred but not always essential.
