We are a forward-thinking care provider in Hampshire delivering domiciliary care, supported living, mental health, and learning disability services. We are looking for a confident, self-directed leader with NVQ Level 5 and a proven track record in CQC-regulated services to take full ownership of our operations and lead our team to excellence.
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring a committed team to deliver outstanding care.
- Mentoring Care Coordinators and building a culture of accountability and growth.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, care planning, and staff allocation.
- Driving CQC compliance and preparing for inspections with confidence.
- Managing safeguarding and health & safety processes.
- Working with commissioners and stakeholders to expand and improve services.
What We\'re Looking For
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent) – mandatory
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager (not a step-up role)
- Strong CQC knowledge with experience leading successful inspections
- Excellent decision-making, organisational, and team management skills
- Passion for quality care, risk management, and continuous improvement
- Ability to drive and access to own car
- Travel required
