Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of site IT support specialists, ensuring high quality end-user support and local IT services.
- Own site-level IT operations, including service delivery, system availability, and user experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT incidents and outages at the site, coordinating with central infrastructure and network teams as needed.
- Communicate IT issues, risks, and status updates clearly to site leadership.
- Partner with site business leaders to identify opportunities for IT-enabled improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with ERP Product Management and local ERP business analysts to support ERP initiatives and business transformation programs.
- Serve as the site liaison for ERP-related changes, deployments, and adoption activities.
- Support continuous improvement and forward planning for site IT capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in IT roles supporting aerospace, MRO, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Experience managing teams or leading site-based IT operations.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business leaders.
- Exposure to ERP transformation, data analytics, or infrastructure modernisation initiatives.
- Experience working in a matrixed IT organisation.
Education Required: College Degree or Equivalent
Travel Percentage: 5-10
This position requires being physically present and based onsite at our Fleetlands location.
