Responsibilities
- Delivery of theoretical and practical technical training to apprentices and new hires across the Rotary and Engines Business Units.
- Monitor apprentice performance, competence and attendance, and development progress.
- Develop and maintain technical training materials and supporting documentation.
- Assess training needs and assist in development of suitable training courses to meet business need.
- Ensure training content aligns with regulatory requirements and organisational procedures.
- Maintain accurate training records and assessment documentation.
- Support internal and external training audits as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation relevant to technical training.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within technical training.
- Promote a strong safety culture and professional behaviours within the training environment.
- Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.

Qualifications and Training

- Recognised instructional or training qualification (d).
Experience
- Significant aviation engineering experience or aircraft maintenance experience within an aviation MRO environment (e).
- Experience delivering technical training, coaching, mentoring, or apprenticeship support (e.g. on-the-job training) (d).
