Community Nurses urgently needed to work at NHS Trust in Bromley area. Shifts available 1-2 weeks in advance.

Required: Candidate must be a car driver with a valid driving licence.

Standard Nursing Agency and Care Services are urgently seeking experienced Registered General Nurses who have community experience of minimum 6 months to join our ever-expanding team, to work in Bromley area. You will be working alongside a team of highly trained nursing staff, providing excellent standards of care to patients. Duties to include:

1. Assessing patients
2. Planning and implementing care
3. Maintaining associated records
4. Carrying out nursing procedures
5. Working within codes of practice and professional guidelines

The successful candidates will lead by example, be motivated and committed to helping others, and have the following experience:

1. Minimum 6 months experience; newly qualified nurses will also be considered.
2. Must be a car driver with a valid driving licence.
3. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate within the interdisciplinary team.
4. Competent and confident in core clinical skills.
5. A focus on providing a high quality of care.
6. Be reliable, hard-working and flexible.
7. Effective and accurate written, verbal and basic IT record keeping skills.
8. Excellent time keeping skills.
9. Uphold professional values at all times and be ethical in their approach to work.
