Junior Asset Management Technology Support Analyst

Location: London, Birmingham, Edinburgh & Telford

Closing date: 13th June

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Tradefloor Support Analyst to join our Asset Management Technology Solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their career in financial technology and trading support. You will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting key trading platforms and learning about the systems that power global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line support for trading and financial applications such as BlackRock Aladdin, Bloomberg, Tradeweb, and other platforms.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Monitor system performance and elevate potential issues.
  • Support user access management and permissions.
  • Collaborate with end‑users to understand their needs and provide basic technical assistance.
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to the team knowledge base.

What We’re Looking For

  • A keen interest in financial services and technology.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and trading processes (training provided).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn trading platforms.
  • Exposure to scripting or coding (SQL, Python, PowerShell) is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
