Standard Life is seeking a Senior Assistant Company Secretary in London.

You’ll establish and operate a governance framework for a strategically important new business area, working with the Board to provide governance advice and ensure regulatory compliance.

You’ll lead Board, Committee and shareholder meeting planning, papers, minutes and actions, monitor developments, oversee governance risks, and support governance education within the Company Secretarial team.
