Standard Life is seeking a TPA Manager – Annuities to lead end-to-end outsourced administration partners across BPA and Individual Annuities. You will own relationships with TPAs, ensuring high-quality, compliant services, and drive cost efficiency and customer outcomes.
You will manage SLAs, KPIs, pricing and renewals, while embedding governance, risk controls and continuous improvement across the outsourced operating model. This role offers flexible working with Edinburgh or London bases.
