Standard Life, a retirement specialist, is recruiting for a Customer Outcomes Monitoring lead to drive requirements, priorities and governance reporting. You will work with the business and a COM Data Engineer to source data, ensure its Azure Databricks availability and transform it into insightful Power BI dashboards.
You will be responsible for developing internal BI capability, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring regulatory compliance through accurate KPI.
