We champion the belief that everyone’s journey to and through retirement can be better, and for more than 200 years, we’ve been helping our customers plan and prepare for their financial futures.

The role will give you the opportunity to work with executive and non-executive directors, give you broad exposure to our workplace propositions and the market we operate in and allow you to be part of a fast paced, high energy work environment.

This role will report to the Workplace Governance and Policy Lead, will require close liaison with your team colleagues, the company secretariat, the chairs of the trustee board/sub committees and occasional travel within the UK.

The role will also require you to support our trading activity by providing our Bid team with answers to Master Trust governance related questions and keeping our distribution team up to date with developments in our Master Trust governance environment.
