Job Type: Permanent
Location: This hybrid role can be based out of our Edinburgh, Telford or Birmingham offices, with time spent in the office and working from home.
Flexible Working: All of our roles are open to part‑time, job‑share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

Salary & Benefits: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE plus an indicative bonus range of 8%-16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

The Role: This role will sit in the Colleague Experience team, delivering innovative solutions and the continued evolution of the colleague and user experience for the function. As an eLearning Consultant, you’ll take the lead on our mandatory learning ecosystem, ensuring it’s well governed, engaging, compliant and easy to use. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, People teams, technology partners and third‑party providers to design and deliver learning that supports our colleagues – at the right time, in the right way. The role will design and enhance learning journeys and embed innovative, future‑ready ways of working. You will maximise the use of digital systems available – leveraging automation, self‑service tools, and data insights to modernise and future‑prove our people services. You will create seamless intuitive experiences for People function teams and colleagues, and use a range of communication tools and styles to provide training and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Creative and proactive in delivering change within fast‑paced environments, ensuring impactful and measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience of using a learning design platform such as Articulate Storyline.
- Proven experience of using a digital learning platform, ideally Oracle.
- Experience with end‑to‑end project management.
- Experience working with stakeholders to take business requirements and turn them into interactive digital learning programmes.
