The role: We’re looking for an experienced Senior Advice Quality Consultant with a strong background in financial services, who is customer and colleague focused, combined with a practical knowledge of risk management and regulatory requirements, ideally with life and pensions knowledge. Previous experience in an Advice Quality Control environment would be an advantage.
As a Senior Advice Quality Control Consultant, you will be accountable for the delivery of quality monitoring across our Advice business area (i.e., call monitoring and process outputs etc.). Quality assessments will focus on both customer outcomes and experience and will be undertaken in accordance with our Quality Framework.
What are we looking for?
- Expert knowledge of regulated Advice landscape
- Relevant experience in a Quality Control and/or Financial Advice
- Ability to successfully strike balance between ensuring good customer outcomes, customer experience, conduct risk and commerciality.
- Minimum Level 4 qualified in Financial Planning or Diploma equivalent
