The role
We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Standard Life as an Implementation Manager to join our Workplace Distribution Implementation team. You will manage the end‑to‑end implementation of Workplace Pension Schemes for new clients and will create and manage a detailed implementation plan designed to meet specific requirements of the client’s pension scheme, ensuring clear ownership and accountability of tasks. This includes the coordination of work streams across the business to ensure all deliverables are achieved on time, including client communications, scheme design and training. Strong project governance is key, and you will be responsible for the management and tracking of risks and issues with the aim to prevent any negative impact on delivery timescales. This is a client‑facing role and you will be a key participant at client site visits and ‘beauty parades’, responsible for presenting a clear view of the planned implementation journey to the client, to help secure new business or to retain existing clients.
